What do you do with the monster sets that you farmed but do not want?

You can store it on an bank alt if you think you might get use for it later either because of new character or respec.
Else deconstruct.

If it's potentially useful for a future build, in a good trait and the first or second of its kind: Move to pack mule. Otherwise: Decon.

Dump them in the bank. I don't keep five-piece sets, but I do keep the Divines helms and shoulders of Monster Sets.

I keep the ones with good traits and keep the amount relating to the characters I have that can make use of them. For example, I only have a single stam NB, which I rarely play and have no intention of ever making another one, so I'd only keep 1 of each monster set that would prove useful if I were to decide to use my stam NB. I don't see the point in keep two monster sets of the same sets if i have no characters that will make use of them even if they're dupes in good traits.

Store it on an alt along with all the treasure maps I intend to use some day. Unless it's a really bad trait, then decon.

I have one mule now that carries only monster sets. I only ever keep the best trait I have for each armor weight. Some sets I collect multiple times (Veli and Kragh 'cause I have 2 Stamina dds that use them).

I keep 1 helm and shoulder in the best trait I have. That way I'll have them ready for testing or future characters.
