Is there a big increase in DPS when moving from full Epic to Full Legendary gear?

Upgrading your weapons to gold gets you about 200 more spell or weapon damage.

Weapons give a big increase, armor set give nearly nothing, armor trait give a little, glyph give something good but not great (far lower than weapons upgrade).
So, weapons are top-priorities. Then, weapon/jewelries glyph are the best, then armor glyph, then armor itself. But since all looted armor scale their glyph color to their own color (unless you changed the glyph), no need to increase your armor glyph (except for crafted stuff and Undauted with the wrong glyph, of course).

Bsw purple to gold is like. . 200 magika. .3% crit and 27 spell damage. But of course it saves using Kuta to max out the enchantment so there is that to think of plus extra resistance.

Sets like tbs and elegance where the 5th perk doesn't change not really worth it that much.
