There's not enough room in the 'about us' section of the guild menu & the required information is spilling into the message of the day, which in-turn effects the overall functionality of all guilds by creating a very narrow limitation to work with. Almost every message of the day has become a message of the week, or month, or just a permanent message. Full of information that really should be in the 'about us' section... Or elsewhere?
An ideal solution would be to add blank book furnishings that players can write in, name & send/sell to others. Guilds would be able to put all of their primary information in the book & trade it with other players (who can put it on their bookshelf inside their house to read anytime). Character limits 'should' increase with the size & quality of the book e.g. Parchment, Blank Paper, Scroll, Book, Tome (from normal to legendary, a suitable improvement/deconstruction skill could be enchanting). A player created book would have a unique hidden identification number & a visible edition system could be used when guilds need to update their information (e.g. out-of-date edition).
Then there's the crown store... (sorry, I had to mention it)

Should blank "player written" books be added to resolve guild menu text-field word limits? 6 votes
