Suggestion about removing guild members

The ranks currently allow guild leaders to designate who can remove guild members. I would like to see an option where this needs to be confirmed by another officer. It's very easy to remove someone by accident, probably easier than to leave the guild by accident. It can be done in groups, so it should be easy enough to implement in guilds.

We have nice addon Shissu guild tools. It shows guild history who was removed when etc and a lot of other good guildleading stuff. If someone is removed by accident it's shown in history and always can be invited again. And than officers can decide what to do to person who kicked him

I have Shissu's guild tools. At the moment it is disabled as it won't let me travel to players who are not the same faction. Also it won't let me visit primary residences. I think it needs updating. I did write to the developer once but got no response.

My main issue is giving my officers removal abilities while I am away on holiday. Some of them have finger trouble

About travel problem. I have sgt on at 1 char , wich i m using to spam and invite new memebers. On others chars its of, so i can travel. And I agree. Sgt is way out of date
