Accessories and markings packs not staying on

This has been a constant problem since the packs first came out (except the hair which works perfectly). I select jewellery and today, some different markings, and once I changed zone, they all reverted back to my character's original. I've spent money on these and they still are not working correctly...
...at least, not on my own screen. Other players seem to still see them, but I don't. Perhaps something amiss in client-side code? I'd love to see this fixed as I enjoy changing stuff around a lot.

Imryll✭✭✭✭✭I guess that depends on your definition of "perfectly." I was a bit disconcerted yesterday when my character put on a disguise (the bandit disguise on Bleakrock Island) and her hairstyle reverted from the tousled bard style to the substitute I used during character creation. Not only can't we use purchased crown styles during CC, but apparantly we may lose them during gameplay.0
