Since new patch burning embers and power lash heal are not criting. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?

✭✭✭✭✭Did they ever crit heal? I mean when the main attack was critting the heal should crit as well but besides that? I don't know how it worked.

Yes the new rule is the amount healed only has One chance to crit. So rally and Sorc Surge will still crit. But things like Sap, Burning Embers, and Funnel Health that the damage part of the equation can crit, but since the heal is based on a percentage of damage the heal doesn't crit.3
