Three Action Bars???

I seem to have missed something in the 3 years I've been playing this game .. THREE action bars .. HOW?

I'm researching current Sorc builds, a class I've dabbled with several times but always pet-based, and I've come across this build:

After the first section headed "Leveling Build" is one headed "Solo Build" and it shows THREE action bar setups. I've seen mention in a few places of an "Overload" bar but this is the first time I've seen something spelled out.

HOW can you have three action bars that you can switch between? I have no idea of how this can be done, can someone let me in on the secret?

When you're in overload that's actually a third bar, though it copies the bar you came from by default. Turn on overload and then manage your skills like normal.

LMAO, I have NEVER known that Overload gets its own action bar, nothing I've read hinted at it.

Thanks a lot, now several things I've been reading about Sorcs fall into place.
