My character is stuck in Reaper's March and can't log in

Every time I try to login, it says i lost connection to the server.
This kind of situation has happened sometimes and it's really annoying, my other characters which i log off in Mournhold or other locations are fine and i can log in, only the one in Reaper's March has this problem, honestly ZOS can you solve this?

I had same issue with wrothgar log another character in and go under help describe what is going on and specify character name too

Best option, wait till an off peak hour (4 am?) try and log in and move him out of there. You can also submit a ticket, and hope they would move him out.

If you have addons, disable them. Then try logging in. Go to a less populous zone or a house, then re-enable your addons.

The real answer is to submit a support ticket through the website here (you don't have to be in game to get help from Customer Service). Ask them to move you somewhere else.

In all likelihood the problem is that, due to lag, your character is stuck in something. Simply being moved elsewhere should clear it up instantly. Sadly, despite ZOS's original promise of amazing customer support, the response time can be pretty random.

Pro tip: never open more than one ticket per issue; always reply to the responses you do get, to get past the robo-response, then the response of the real person who didn't really read your ticket, and you'll eventually get help.

In the interim try repairing your game files through the launcher in case there's some issue there.

I tried like thousands time and finally log in to that character, it seems nothing to stuck with...I was in a open ground where I log off...

Lag and file corruption can both cause your character to be re-positioned where it shouldn't be... like inside the ground. Ask anyone who uses a gap closer in pvp.

I accidently did the same thing. I ported into Trueflame from Rawlkha. Now I can't log into that char.

The amount of issues with this game are staggering.

Same issue here and friend has same issue too, character logged out in reapers "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection" when trying to log into it.

I did that yesterday.

Part of me knew it could take a lot of time to load because ZOS prefers to show me every single armor/weapon style of every single player around me rather than let me play so I logged off far away from Rawl'kha but it was no good.

I gave up after four times and went to play Mass Effect, a much less bugged game.
