Ultimate skill base

As I can see then the ultimate skills are based on max value of the stamina or the mana. But this is not good for player with mixed build. Will be much better for the balance that the ultimate skills will base on sum (instead of max) of the stamina and the mana, thus both attribute will be considered.

Not sure I follow the logic. If you run a less focused / spiked build you will have a less spiked ultimate. Seems about right.

It's already pretty balanced allowing to run off your highest stat of the two. Sure hybrid builds lose out but you are gaining in other ways thus its balanced.

Sum of certainly would not be fair as you would gain full power ultimate and still have a split pool, not cool

Also to OP, ESO is not hybrid friendly... running a 'mixed build' will mean doing less damage with both Magicka and Stamina abilities. ESO is designed to be either one or the other, not hybrid. People that run hybrids run them for fun, not to be competitive or complete 'end game' content... and players that run hybrid builds tend to get kicked from groups. It may not be right or 'fair', but that's how the game is currently designed.
