Looking for low level blacksmithing partner

All in the title, I want to level blacksmithing, and from what I read in the guides, swapping level 6 daggers and deconstructing is a good way of doing it.

Currently blacksmithing rank 11 and metalworking rank 3.

Much easier and faster to decon any gear that isn't "ornate" that drops for you.

I do that already, but I have large quantities of materials, is it not effective to create and decon after I've already deconstructed everything I've picked up from loot ?
