using way shrine to travel to house is bugged
firstly it doesnt instant travel like normal wayshrines do it acts like a fast travel it actives the fast travel increase cost .... and with no way shrine in your house u have to pay to travel back or leave and find a shrine ..!!

Just open map, click your home and you fast travel free, no cost. and don't know where your home is but the free one from quest is usually in a city where if you exit your home, there's a wayshrine just steps away."An it harm none, do what thou wilt"1 -

either way it still activates the increased cost to travel out !

but if u took the time to read this its about the increased cost being placed when u use a way shrine !!! which should not be happening because u used a wayshrine point !!!
