Can we please get the ability to change the style of looted PvE/PvP sets?

This has bothered me for a while. Some of the PvE/PvP sets are pretty much mandatory for certain builds, but they potentially completely ruin the look of your character. Can we please get some item in the game like a transmutation stone that allows us to change the look of an item in our inventory to a style we can craft?
