E-Mails with login codes not being sent :(

I've been trying to login tot he game OR the support site and both require that I get sent a code. The E-Mail never comes in so I'm stuck. Can someone help?!?

    The NA Megaserver is offline as I write this reply, so we cannot log-in to the game. However, I did succeed in logging in to the Support feature of this website. Almost always the ZOS system requires me to fetch an authentication code from an e-mail message, and a message with the code was waiting for me when I logged-in to my e-mail site to get it.

    If you were already logged-in to your e-mail website before ZOS sent the message, then you might need to reload the page on which they display the list of messages in order to update it with newly-arrived messages. (That is often the way my e-mail website works.) They should tell you a new message is available, but they might not necessarily inform you at the time that it arrives, and tell you some time later. If you reload the main page, then the web client will check for new messages.

    If you are using an e-mail client to download messages, then the e-mail client will check for new messages, but how often it does that is usually configurable. If it is configurable, then you can change the amount of time from the default. Also, usually you can just instruct the client to check for new messages at any time that you want it to do so.
