Severe weathers and thick dust storms!

I was recently venturing on mountain named Sorrow in Wrothgar, during the climb, there was severe snow storms with litle visibility and great winds. There was also avalanches.

Then i remembered playing Morrowind back at the day. There was these dust (Or ash storms) that made visibility near zero and also had heavy wind gusts..

ESO could really use some more severe weather patterns, especially now when Vvardenfell comes, im kinda expecting these heavy dust storms again.

In general, weather should have more variety. More wind, more storms, more dust storms in deserts and similar areas, when theres snow, a more severe snow storms as well.

    i sure hope this happens in the morrowind Vvardenfell patch expansion chapter.
    i really really miss those ash storms in morrowind, and also i miss how everyone held up thier hand to cover thier face from the ashstorm and blight in the winds.

    All for this idea. Although they'd have to be pretty infrequent to not get annoying as hell.

    Have you been to Sorrow in Wrothgar? If not, i suggest you do the quest all the way to the top of the mountains. Some very nice storms and effects on character up there!

    Plus i loved pulling those monsters to the way of avalanche, then watch as they flew down :D

    @Ethasa

    I agree though there has to be balance in between so they feel annoying just slightly, not very often though.

    FPS has some other issues that are not linked directly to graphics quality.

    I mean i stand in Stross M'kai in the front of inn, chatting with a friend, FPS shows 60+..

    Then few minutes pass, the FPS suddenly drops to 12 and stays in 12-20 until i relauch the game.

    Perphaps the engine cant handle so many player on one instance so it goes bad when another instance has too few players and closes, moves remaining players to my instance.

    Just wait for Camelot Unchained. The weather can actually kill you, there is suppose to be viel storms and otehr things. Also if mage classes in an area cast or summon too much of a certain type of magic it can cause a massive effect

    Yeah, that game is so cool it's going to destroy every other game in the market.

    Oh wait, that was also true of every other future release, especially all those that were expected to be "DAoC2" :wink: !

    Let's hope that after the train wreck that was Warhammer Online, Mark Jacobs can pull it off this time, and doesn't have to dumb the game down again in order to make the performance acceptable. I have high hopes, but the guy's not infallible and over-hyping a partly-developed game generally ends up being proved unwise. I prefer "I'm cautiously optimistic" to "This game is going to rock!".
