Following Stamina Sorcerer levelling build from deltiasgaming.com, there is something I don't get

Levels 1-10
Dual Wield; Twin Slashes, Poison Arrow, Crystal Shard, Unstable Familiar, Mage’s Fury, Negate

How the heck am I supposed to slot a skill which requires me Rank 38 in Bow at 1-10 level range?

Bonus: When I stopped playing I also left an Imperial Templar at level 16, don't remember at all what I was doing with it so I'm accepting levelling suggestion for him too

The guide is out of date, from before the most recent patch which rearranged several skill lines, and when you can access certain things. It used to be poison arrow was the first bow skill, now it's the last. use snipe instead

Use the highest bow skill you have unlocked in it's place.
