XB1 Capture scroll Quests in Cyrodiil Crashing.

The quests to capture Elder Scrolls in Cyrodiil seem to be impossible to do, tried nine times, Six times I captured the scroll myself.
Problem is as soon as we get in a big Zerg we freeze and crash and by the time we get back on the scroll may be in a keep but we do not get the quest Achievement.
Please fix it that if your faction has the scroll you just have to go to the keep and get the achievements.
This goes for capturing keep and resources, if your faction owns it all you should have to do is go to the quest spot and stand there a few moments.
We have been trying to complete these quests for weeks now and can not do it due to being previously captured, or crashing.
We have the best internet connection nationwide and still freeze up in big Zergs, and we can even do a repeatable crash, just hit more then three people with a siege weapons or AoE and bam instantly freeze then crashes to dashboard.
Not sure why the servers are so unstable but being that ESO was voted the best MMO of 2016 it might be time to upgrade your servers, get bigger ones or something due to the growth in players ESO is now overpopulated and it's time to compensate for that....
Again please fix the quest to Capture, as it's near impossible to do. Fix the freezing and crashes due to server side lag.

Victoria_Marquis✭✭✭Found another possibility of why we constantly freeze and hard crash to desktop, seems to be repeatable,... There is something going on with mage lightning destruction staffs, and whatever that ultimate suicide bomber spell is that they run in and kill fifty people with.
Every time we are around a mage we lag out freeze up none of our controls work, and then there's that crashing issues.
I got in my mage in PvE to try and duplicate the freezing, and after putting a destruction lightning staff on my mage, I can freeze my self up with every cast.
So if one mage causes lag, no wonder why Cyrodiil is constantly crashing when there are twenty or more all blowing up at the same time.
