Tried controller this week, my god it was horrible. I envy you if you find it comfortable! I love playing mmos with controllers - DCUO and MH2017 are both fantastics with a controller - but there's just too much going on in ESO and the control scheme is just too convoluted

Unless they allow to upgrade your gear for a small fee, or for raw materials like ancestor silk etc...
If they do this, then what exactly is the point of raising the equipment level anyway? There would be none.
Now I'm not saying they won't let you upgrade your equipment. I am saying if you think it will be for a 'small fee' you will probably be far far off the mark.0 -

doggie✭✭✭Yeah, It was the same reason why I quit at launch, I got to VR 6, and then I read that a few months after launch they would introduce VR 12. The problem for me was that I had so little mats, in 2 months of playing I only had 10 gold materials to upgrade my gear, so I couldn't use that to upgrade to Vr10, so I did like Padme, I lost the will to play the game. Nothing to reach Vr10 for if you can't upgrade to gold, because a month later they will introduce Vr12.
I still don't get the reason for all this lvling. I've seen in some posts that to attend trials you should be 500CP, well. I hope that's not a true req. because I'll probably never get there.

✭I really hope the gear level is raised to 170/180 CP. Sure you might have to spend some time getting your gear, but to me it's even worse spending a year sitting in the same old gear with zero reason or need to change it.1 -

And that's part of why it got removed. Sometimes you nail that perfect Zinger, and the popularity encourages them to delete. I have had comments with TONS of awesome's and insightful removed sometimes.
Clearly someone thought it was "adding something to the conversation." But that is a subjective call so what are you going to do.
However, for the most part, Moderation on this forum is reasonable, its not an easy job. But if one day there is a call that is obviously from higher up directing moderation to censor a particular topic, one that we should be able to discuss, that might do it for me.
That and ANY gear cap increase. It's simply not necessary.0 -

✭What ZOS is going to do is release new items in CP170, but you will not be able to craft any items above CP160. So all your crafted sets will be fine. But if you want to get that slight edge, you will grind the new CP170 sets from wherever they drop.0 -

I play now as theres just not anything else interesting out there that I haven't played but I'm sure something will be released eventually. I'd love a Witcher MMO or really any MMO from CD Project RED.0 -

I think it has to do with what you are use to playing that specific game with.
I normally enjoy mmo's on pc but having started eso on xbox I just can't seem to get use to or interested in playing it on pc.0 -
