There's an invisible wall right before you get to it, despite the fact that you could otherwise make it through the slaughterfish.

It is already the best house: more luxurious-looking than the manors, has its own beach, a pool (if the beach somehow doesn't satisfy you), a lighthouse, an accessible rooftop... and now you want an island as well?!
I mean it would be great, but it would put this house even more above the others.
