Why are Crafting writ surveys all over the place now with homestead

At max level crafting all writs surveys were in the same zone now they are all over faction zones. is this intended? its going to be extremely annoying

They were actually all over the place before Homestead. I know because a month ago I started stocking up in what turns out was a fool's attempt to get new mats quickly for furniture.Main: Drio Azul ~ DC, Redguard, Healer/Magicka Templar ~ NA-PC

✭✭✭✭✭Intended and super annoying. Also, as they don't drop the new mats, they are barely worth doing. I have over 200 of them and the thought of basically going to every soon 3 times over is not appealing.
Last patch, enchanting and alchemy were limited to 3 a piece in wrothgar. Now they are f'ing everywhere. I very much dislike the change.
Enchanter writs are frankly not worth picking up. You maybe get one kuta out of 6 or 7. At least before it only took up 3 inventory slots becuase they stacked. They need to rethink surveys IMO.Edited by Oreyn_Bearclaw on February 9, 2017 7:50PM1 -

no they weren't.
i saved surveys in anticipation of this patch (that was pointless) i had surveys for all trades on, virtually, every map...
