This has been happening for a few weeks now, usually around 6 - 10 p.m. EST. I usually log out on my main character in Rawl'kha, and if I try to log back in around this time, the game kicks me to the account login page and gives me the 'Unable to establish a connection...' error message.

This is not a problem with my internet connection, because I can consistently log in to at least one of my other characters while this is happening. In the past, logging into another character (not in the Reaper's march) and going to Rawl'kha with that character seems to have let me log into the 'stuck' characters, but this doesn't seem to work 100% of the time (I'm honestly not sure if this does anything, but this has 'worked' a few times now). Today, it happened (around 8:10 p.m. EST) to both of the characters I had parked in Reaper's March.

As you can imagine, this is extremely frustrating; if this only happened once every few months OR if it didn't take 2-3 minutes per attempt, that'd be one thing, but this seems to be happening (to me) every week and customer support doesn't seem to respond quickly enough (at least the one time I tried submitting a ticket). Can you please look into this?
