Feedback (Housing-Home building) We wanted robust housing not just furniture crafting

There are different threads pointing out different pieces of housing that are either good, neutral or bad as well as bugs.

Everyone wouldn't want this but others would so being that homes will have interaction on based on interest, and seeing the real money crown prices set, it seems the details would fund themselves.

Clarification:
-This isn't about the furniture crafting
-This isn't about prices (directly)
-This isn't about crowns
-IT Is ABOUT "what is missing" which is "house building"

Home building

Think of a basic concept which Skyrim introduced in their game which worked well for single player game where the home was just a bare plot and that plot allowed the player to craft the home by first selecting styles and building it out in sections

-ESO can do this but it would've taken longer to release. I think many of us would be fine if later updates comes that expand upon this base released.

How:
The phased and instances homes would appear as "plots"or "built"

These views would be determined by a "gate" which phases us into our particular instance like today, but there would be an outer entrance and not just the door.

That's an idea only for the purpose of offering construction or home building.

-It would only contain a few different construction configurations for each of the homes but these would work like Skyrim (with one huge difference)

Construction materials and items would be held at the home and not in the bank or on a character. This means that once we begin to construct, those materials sit at the home and can be moved in or out of that construction UI and would occur via interaction with an NPC (think of a NPC holding paper writing things down)

He's the "gate" so to speak.

Keep all the other rules and stuff but people would like variation.

See I'm O K with buying a small home pre-set but I'd also like the option to build a small, medium, large home or manor as well.

These may be placed where every feasible but it would add value as these wouldn't have a locked number of items or people. It would have a range but those limits would be based on construction choices only limited by a min or max per home tier.

There are other threads about issues which I'm not touching but I did want to write this cause it a missed opportunity.

This is how you add value to dungeons, overworld, Trials, solo, Guilds, PvP by incorporating an update that offers rewards for doing content which isn't based on a grind of RNG but based on doing stuff and later only needing gold or crafting materials but not both to progress in different systems.

I'd like to see this in a future housing update as well. Not just for houses, but multiple types of structures, like player-created event spaces or even just the ability to pitch a tent on a nice piece of property to watch the stars.
Happy All the Holidays To You and Yours!
Remembering better days of less RNG in all the things.

    Homestead release is nice.
    also ... nice thought below
