Two chops to farm nodes om 1 char, only 1 chop on the other

Hi all, had my main sorc since beta in DC, craft skills maxed, when I farm with him, every node takes two chops to harvest.
I have a newish Sorc on EP, this hasn't got all the craft skills maxed yet, but it only takes 1 chop to harvest nodes.
I cant work out why (would like my DC sorc to do the same)
Any idea what I've done differently?

✭A guild member knew the answer.
In CP under The Lover, I had more than 75 points, which unlocks Master Gatherer which reduces gathering time by 50%
