this really should be added and i'm sure there are a lot of people that could agree that this would be a great thing and dev's could make a requirement of maybe all characters get to max lvl first to access the extra skill points or some other requirements met first.

I'm on PS4 currently working on gathering all skyshards on my sorc which i originally started on PC back in beta but transferred to console.
I really hate the idea of spending tons of time on multiple characters to hunt down all the skyshards for many characters after i've collected all on one when this could be fixed by deactivating skyshards that have been gathered by other characters since the skill points would be available already and if not then you can collect those skyshards on alts if you know where they are which would also help if achievements were also linked across character's.

I'm currently working on getting all my trophies on PS4 and have two characters and would love to have the same skill points on my other characters without having to spend so much time hunting for them since there are so many other things i could be focusing on with each character and i only have two right now because of the amount of work involved for getting things done and i was planning to make one more down the line probably when the expansion is released.
