A guildie posted two writs he had picked up - a Sealed Blacksmithing Writ and a Sealed Enchanting Writ - both offer 0 vouchers.
Apart from trolling us with crap drops rates and rewards ... ZOS decided to twist the knife - burn materials for nothing.
ZOS, even if you plan to make this housing update a pointless, garbage grind, how about you don't troll us with rubbish like this?

You sure that's not what happened?
