Eh, I bit the bullet and bought Lusty Argonian Maid Mazte recipe for my main and put in the skillpoints to craft it. As with the Alchemy quest, it updated as soon as I made 4.

I noticed now that crafted food and beverages have attribution - a neat feature, although it probably is overwritten by most recent crafter since food and drink made by different characters still stack.

That is probably why I had to craft the potion "once" and the beverage "once" (each time giving me four servings of such) to get credit, since I already had 20 potions crafted by my alt Twilight Amaranthine and 8 Lusty Argonian Maid Maztes also crafted by her. When my main Fen-Wander crafted 4 more of each, the quest progressed.

Still wish writ vouchers could be transferred, since the 7 that are on my Enchanter are probably going to remain 7 since there is nothing that costs less than 8 vouchers that I could see. Oi, that's gonna bug me.

An unrelated bug also propped up. I respecced all of my skill points and put them in all of the crafting skills. Then I went through and picked skills that I absolutely need. Two of them weren't morphable: Shadow Cloak and Poison Arrow. I use the morphed forms of both extensively. Shadow Cloak was at rank III and Poison Arrow was at rank I. Very strange.

I found that when Shadow Cloak became morphable, I was able to get Shadowy Disguise IV right away. Poison Arrow is at rank II after handing in several of the daily quests (as well as both of the Master Writ quests that I figured out how to progress).

The game's RNG made it up to me in a way. I found a Heavy Sack with 5 Kuta. *squee*
