Tree, Strong Olive removed from game?

Does anyone know if it's possible to get this tree anywhere in the game?
It was available on the PTS as a crown store exclusive but it's not there on the live server.
The only place I could find it was in the garden pack on the crown store. But that only comes with one tree. I need a three of them for my garden.
Why do I need this tree? It's the biggest tree I could find in the game, and it's a "dry" tree, so it fits desert homes.
@ZOS_GinaBruno I want to give you my money. Please add this tree back into the store.

✭✭✭✭✭Enodoc was kind enough to link me to the on going works to list where things come from yesterday when I asked.There are some, yes. For now, you'll just have to search through the UESP lists or Dominoid's spreadsheet to find out which ones they are, but eventually we'll have this information clearly accessible from the UESP furnishings page at http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Furnishings

That's what I use for reference.
This tree was a crown store exclusive on the PTS, but it's gone from the crown store now. Hence why I'm asking ZOS to put it back in so I can give them my money.

I read somewhere - and I cannot find it now, of course - that none of the Crown Store exclusives would be available at launch, but would come later.
For example, none of the exclusive houses are available.
