Make Hirelings Great Again - provide new mats

For quite some time now, Hirelings have not been worth using your skill points on.
The drop rate for Gold mats (tempers, Kuta, etc.) has been very low which in itself was a fairly good reason not to bother using your skill points.
So, ZOS, be good chaps and let the Hirelings bring us the new mats...as we have all seen that the drop rate of these (combined with the high amounts required for items) is appalling.
Don't kill your own game with mindless, incessant grinding...actually let us play and enjoy the content.
Or are you planning on making them all start selling Crown Crates instead?
