As of Monday, September 22, The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited only allows players to be logged into one realm at a time. This means that players cannot be logged in to the European and North American servers simultaneously.
Players who attempt to log into a second megaserver while still logged into their primary one will be kicked out of the oldest session and receive either an Error 304 or an Error 307 message. Players who are booted from the megaservers in this way must wait 1-2 minutes before they are able to reconnect.
and another article..Players who received "Error 307" have been disconnected from the Megaserver. This is so weird... i randomly got booted. I've never logged onto NA
