Magicka ranged DPS gear, Monster + 5 vs 5 + 5

Hi,
has anyone tested the difference between these two gear alternatives for ranged magicka DPS?
2xSkoria/Ilambris + 5xBurning spellweave + 3xWillpower + Random sharpened staves
vs
1xKena + 5xBurning spellweave + 5xJulianos (including staves)
Using staff for both bars in both alternatives...

Grabmoore✭✭✭✭✭On my dk, I had best results with 5 BSW + 3/4 aether and 2 grothdar.
5 aether + 5 BSW got me higher numbers, but overall less dps. 5 moondancer could work, but it difficult to playEU - PC - Ebonheart Pact

It sounds great in theory, but in practice you don't tend to get the synergies often enough to see the difference.5 moondancer could work, but it difficult to play
OP, most are only using Willpower if they don't yet have access to IA or Moondancer.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...
Earn it.
IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS0 -

For sorc, Ilambris/BSW/moondancer seem to be the best (and it indeed give me great dps).
For DK, grothdarr/BSW/moondancer is still amazing.
For templar, 5 moondancer (2 swords in front bar) is still the best, coupled with BSW for the high damage and grothdarr for good damage + high BSW uptime you have probably the most solid actual set for them.
For NB I don't know exactly. The DK set work well, but NB can also use scathing mage and if so they may not need an undauted set or they can use Ilambris with a fire/lightning dual staff).0 -

✭✭Depends. I tried 2x willpower, 5 Moondancer and 5 bsw. All buffed and proccd up I could hit insane numbers. But the dps loss on trying to get it all syncd up is a pig so not worth it. But 4500 spell damage in swords with minor slayer and full sharpened etc....it's pretty good (that was without spc and powerful assault) so it can go stupid high whilst having 44k magika.PC Master Race

Yes, I guess you are right that the monster alternative is better (that is what most guides tell also) but I was hoping that someone had actually made a DPS test for an alternative with 2 full sets like BSW and Julianos.
Maybe the test with BSW + Moondancer in the link in #5 is the best comparison.
