Cant read furniture recipe

Someone else on some other forum had same issue.

I got woodworker (lvl 4) and char at 21. He cannot read recipe dark elf armchair, angled, which requires woodworking of 3.

I get message your char level isnt high enough. I just happily "ate" another recipe, of which requirements I don't meet yet. And yes, same character

Haven't done the housing mission complete yet. Will follow on this as I get it done.

some more details. My other characther had done the housing mission before, but not this. I went off to complete the housing mission on this and on the way found another furniture recipe, which also went down the hatch nicely. Did the mission, but still get the same error.

I've cached same bug too - first on PTS, now in game. None of recepies works today! But just day ago other recepies worked fine.

Problem: my khajit lvl 30, alchemy 50, blacksmithing 50, clothing 50, enchanting 50, provisioning 50, woodworking 50 - can't learn simple recepie. All styles of standart races learned...
Look at the message in the right upper corner: your level isn't high enough to use this item...

Blueprint: khajit endtable, faded
Blueprint: nord nightstand, rough
Blueprint: redguard candlestick, practical
Desigh: common candle, lasting
Praxis: wood elf basin, stone

Don't know if it is important, but all unlearned>bugged recepies were found by my lvl 48 character, and all OK recepies were found by my lvl 6 character. Khajit is lvl 30.
