During: Stat buffs, some very sweet stat and ultimate regen. (The emp skill line.) Empress/Emperor title. And zerged. You will definitely get zerged. A lot.
While earning it: Little sleep or rest, rage tells and accusations from those behind you in AP, and numerous offers/threats to get you to drop campaign so someone else can get emp.3 -
