Figure I would ask here, cause None of my Tickets are being responded to. I tried getting back into my game today after about 2 years of not playing, figure I would give it another chance. Well I went to log into my account and it says I am suspended. Would like to know how or why, as I have not been in this game for sucha long time. Can I get a response as to how I can get this fixed, cause they ask for payment method and I do not even have the card I used to get the game when I first got it 3 years ago. I am not going to rebuy something I already bought.

    I read another thread like this one recently; the poster had been out of the game for a long time only to find their account suspended. The only thing you can do is keep responding to customer support until your issue gets escalated to a real person. Once you have someone with reason aware of your issue they should sort it for you. Posting here won't get you anywhere unfortunately. So keep harrassing customer support during US working hours.

    Sometimes mods here are able to speed up the costumer service process if you give them your support ticket number. No guarantees though of course.

    It should be noted that in most cases like this, when a returning player's account is suspended, it's because there was a suspicious log in. I did confirm that your ticket is in the correct queue. Our support team will reply as soon as the are able to. :)
