Extremely bad game quality after applying the patch?

I've seen something similar to this happen to people like game graphics locked to low but I believe it's different for me... maybe.
After my patch was applied and I tried getting on it seemed like the starting logos of Zenimax and whatever else that pops up run in low resolution, the login screen was really blurry, so was in character selection/creation screen and when I managed to log on after 2 tries the entire screen was so eye-hurtingly blurry that I could not even read the chat at all. My graphic settings were untouched, it was all the like I left it before the maintenance for Housing.
What's this? How to fix it? Game is really unplayable like this.l

Norbi✭✭✭Ooookay... so I turned down SubSampling quality to medium/low and the blur disappeared, lol.
Ironic. Shouldn't it be the other way around?1 -

✭The issue is a rare issue on loading - if you have shadowplay it will also massivelt zoom the recording icon. Reloading client fixes it after a few triesYt Channell: Blobsky
