Morphs: Taking away experience?

I just made the donation to the statue to redo my morphs on one of my characters. This is the first time I've ever done remorphs, so I don't know if this is a common problem or not.
When I did, I lost the experience for all my abilities except for Evil Hunter which stayed at level 4.
For example, I had poison injection (from the bow abilities) to level 4, but when I redid the morphs, I now only have poison arrow with no experience on the ability at all. Now I have to relevel that completely along with the morph of it to get poison injection back to level 4.
Poison injection is now the fifth ability slot for bows, but I also had Snipe to level 4 and the morph of it Lethal Arrow (or whatever it's called) to level 4.
Like I said, all of my abilities that I wanted to remorph have been taken away experience. I am morphing some of them to the same morph as before and it doesn't give me the ability back to the level I had it at.
I tried to send a support email to ZoS but when I go through their support system, it only gives you an FAQ and nothing to submit what your problem is. Is there a fix for this? If not, change it, so I don't have to go grind for skills that I should already have. How do I go from complete level 4 abilities to no morph available at all with no experience in the ability line.

✭✭✭✭They screwed up when they shuffled the skill order around. They moved the underlying XP associated with the skill/morph (which stops accruing once it's maxed) with the skill.
What they should have done is moved the skill (and morph) level along with the skill, or credited the appropriate amount of XP to make it reflect what it was prior.
Whether or not they'll fix it (and when) is under advisement.
(And this is a bigger deal than some would have you think, if you took the time to max/morph groups of skills, costing a respec in between)Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS1 -
