When are they adding the Dominion Hero, Covenant Hero, Pact Hero shields outside of Cyrodiil? I did all of these achievements on one character but can only buy the one from the character's alliance. I remember they said they would add this to a NPC outside of Cyrodiil. Was there an ETA on that?
