So I just came back to ESO and am only level 11 lol. I wanted to buy the house, Domus Pharasticus in Craglorn, but I guess I can't do that as you have to be at least VR1 to get to craglorn correct?

    No, that has changed completely.

    1. VR's don't exist.

    2. You can go anywhere at any level, jsut ask for a TP or find the Star Gazer cart in a captial.

    3. I doubt you have enough gold at only level 11. Not hating just stating.

    No, since OneTamriel you can take the Stargazer's Cart (Wayrest, Elden Root, Mournhold) ... and start the Stargazer's quest at any level. I did it with my level 6 Stamblade.

    Of course, you can always get a port from another player, too ...
