jcaceresw✭✭✭✭✭No. It changes your race ONLY. If you have the "all races all alliances" you can change your race to any of the 3 alliance factions. Else, you are restricted to your starting faction alliance.
I repeat, this race change DO NOT change your starting faction alliance (but hoping they also give us the option to change alliance faction in the near future)7
