Stam DK, just hit 160.

I've been levelling all of my skills to 50, and am close to being 50 in all of my XP levelled combat skills.

I usually just throw on equipment based on its CP level and if its stam/mana etc in relation to my build.

But now that I'm 160, I plan to be a DW/Bow Stam DK. I'm wondering whats a good all around Medium set that I should be aiming for at first?

Then from there, which "set" pieces should I aim for? The gold gear that I see in videos.

Lastly, 160 is the highest gear goes still right? No other thresholds I need to hit to equip the best gear?

Congratulations! Yes it's the highest gear level. I'm no expert on gear sets but you would want something that gives more stamina, weapon damage and/or critical damage. I recomend the elderscrollsonline wiki.

I use 5 hunding sand 3 night mother. 5 heavy 3 med tho I'll prob reverse that. Max stam armor glyphs. Weapon dmg. And 3 pc agility with stam recovery. But I suck. So don't do that.

5 Night Mother's Gaze/Hunding's Rage, 3x Agility Jewelry (it's cheap now, as it drops from Random Dungeon mails), and 4x Hunding's/Night Mother's (whichever is not the five-piece) with weaponsis a good starting point. From there, go brave some Vet Dungeons like Fungal I for a Monster Set and any dropped set you're after.

Nightmother's Gaze with Divines trait as it's craftable and easy to obtain, solid gear set! (PvE)

2 Monster help and shoulder (kra'gh or velidreth) / 5 NMG / 3 Agility Jewerly / 2 Leki Daggers (Sharpened ONLY)

This setup is highly optimized for new players and it's solid too (worth upgrading to legendary).

And should you want to run vMA in the future, this exact gear set will be more than capable!

Until you have VO, I suggest you keep using this setup.

craft some hunding rage or night mothers gaze. cant really go wrong there. or have someone craft them for you if possible.

get some monster sets and play around with those too.

If you are doing PvE Night Mother's Gaze is a great and easy to obtain set like others have mentioned.

It's a 9 trait set. VERY difficult to get there so it's out of the question for newer players asking for Builds.

Divines is the best
