Anyone Made a Housing Primer for Dummies?

I'd love to find a guide that has the following:
Does such a thing already exist?
At a minimum, can someone tell me where to buy books and (achievement) banners?
- A list of every non-achievement housing item that can be purchased, and where to purchase it.
- A list of every achievement-based housing item that can be purchased, and where to purchase it.
- A list of every craftable housing item in the game, and how to acquire the blueprint
- A list of every furnishing vendor in the game, and where to find them.
- A list of any dailies or other key quests/activities related to housing

✭Creating such a list is a big undertaking, and I'd like to know too.
