The main theme was composed by Jeremy Soule, who did the music for the TES games since Morrowind, the Guild Wars series and dozens of other games. He signed an exclusive deal with SOE to do Everquest music so he won't be doing TES music.
The rest of the game music was composed by Brad Derrick and Rik Schaffer. Who I think also have done a great job.2 -
