He was talking about how he worked only 7 years in his 45 years, the main laughter was him talking about a bad experience in a kitchen job he once worked. At the end of his first day working at a restaurant he was asked to clean moldy cookware in the sea and lost most of the paella pans due to the tide being higher than anticipated. The ESO variations of this clip are far more hillarious than the true story lol
