Can't play game been trying to fix for 4hrs

Ok i have tried and tried. done just about every "fix" zos and the web has given me but game will not run no matter what i do.
i get error "0xc000007b" when launching ESO and
yes i have tried https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/32461/~/what-do-i-do-if-i-get-error-0xc000007b-when-launching-eso-from-the-64-bit
and also tried https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/37280
plus everything youtube and google has told me...
