New Bow ability unlock order... What the?!?

Adjusted the order of the Active Abilities in this skill line. They now unlock in the following order:
Snipe
Volley
Magnum Shot
Arrow Spray
Poison Arrow
Why in the name of all the divines would you make the weapon's standard spam ability, the one that you weave with normal attacks as part of all leveling builds, require you to level Bow all the way up using only AOE and crowd control abilities before you can actually use it?!?

✭✭✭personally this is one of the changes I really hate, as well as the changes to the other Skill Line orders.
The skills just don't seem right in that order and it's less cool to unlock them.
think about unlocking Uppercut for the first time ever (omg, so cool it's a massive up swing thing)
Now compare it to unlocking cleave in that place (oh, I swing my axe in an animation I can hardy see. ok)House Baratheon: 'Ours Is The Fury'0 -

This was a bad change. And how are you supposed to effectively weave snipe. It has a cast time no other spammable has a cast time. They should have swapped snipe with scatter shot.0 -

Maybe not effectively, but it is really the only thing you can weave with bow. Just weave medium attacks inbetween. Cast time means nothing for the weaving, casting snipe still cancels attack animation as with any other skill you use to weave.

Snipe is not a good spamable sure you can light attack weave with it but it has a cast time so unless you are at max range you are only getting two maybe three off.
At least with poison injection you could spam it till the health got low then let the dot finish them off0 -

Except my rank IV Brawler got reset to Rank I Cleave so yeah, no illusion there.
Got to say I am pretty disappointed with 90% of this patch so far.
But at least I have no interest in housing so I don't feel stressed about having to farm millions of gold or cough up $100's of dollars for a copy-paste building and some chairs. XD

they said its to encourage new players to get in the habit of using their damage dealer skills first.

make it so n00bs dont have to grind as hard as everyone else has who has been playing since release.
which I guess is fine, and for people making a new Warden class, thats helpful-ish.
but I personally didnt mind learning characters myself, and saving and banking skill points or screwing up morphs and having to respec, or just respecing later on when you realize all the descions you made were ultimately not beneficial to you anymore
