What The ? Housing?

Okay I am looking at the most expensive housing in this game...
Costs $120 USD roughly worth of purchases.
1.) No $ Crown Packs with bonus in store.
2.) Housing has no windows when I preview it at "Serenity Falls Estate" It looks like the windows were painted on honestly doesn't look realistic to me from the outside it looks okay from the inside it looks completely f***ng fake and brings me back into reality "Hey this game isn't Real Life" rather than making me feel like I am actually there...
What does make me like this house though is the outside water fall...
3.) Which leads me to question Can I adjust the sun position, or weather here, this house does fit what I am looking for, but the rather sad thing is not having the ability to adjust weather, Look out the windows, or even adjust lighting????
I have to say Ebonheart is my second favorite, I like the darkness, but I want it to have a water-fall like the other one, and way to customize make it look more ELF Like, is this not possible?
Also is furniture usable?
Can I actually use the beds, store stuff in the chests, or do anything with it or is it just to sit there do nothing and look pretty?
