You could actually say this about any 'class balance' - decent PVE games are always ruined by PvPer.

He wanted to add tics to blazing spear and make luminous spear have the stun.
They are having coding issues with luminous spear so now that they are trying to fix

I can't really see a reason for the nerf is my problem.
I play PvP mainly, and don't really play my Templar much and have never got annoyed over someone using 'Blazing Spear' against me. So I really don't why it was nerfed.

I would guess because of ESO's novel approach to PvP we could safely assume that it is closer to 25-30% in ESO.
Now that would make PvPers a minority, a significant minority to be sure, but a minority all the same.
In numbers both sides aren't equal, but they do deserve equal respect.
I just don't see that happening when 90% of the current class changes are about balancing PvP and take no account of the detrimental effect they will have on PvE.

I know right? It is one of the more moronic nerfs I have seen. Apparently templars should only spam BoL and do nothing else to contribute to a group.Being able to stun mobs in PVE, especially when they are charging up one shot attacks was a huge thing for Templars...
This actually nerfs templars quite a bit in PVE and PVP, we already lost 2 stuns with a 3rd broken...
Also stunning an NPC meant less damage on you for those seconds...so now more damage will be hitting you and no more long range CC...
This change blows...especially since other classes have CC that can be spammed like crazy, Templars have hardly any CC as it is...
How is FEAR ok or TALONS ok as it is but spears gets nerfed? Really?

That said almost every MMORPG I have played suffers from the "OMG some guys are soloing group content" issue.
That doesn't always mean that PvE needs to get made a lot harder.
It could just mean that those guys are good enough to do that and others are not.

valid point, it just gets me triggered how people are saying these changes are detrimental to PvE when, yes it will have a change, but will you still be able to complete the dungeons/trials?
