well just asking ZOS what did you do with the 500mil coz you did't fix the server or you just hate and despise EU players as always it will be around 2300 hours befor we can play it is Morning Na now and thy have all day to have fun as always you take a whole day away from us EU Players and tell us to go Fu** us self wile the Na Players Get Prime time and Competitions for Vacation's that More then half the Eu player cant participate in and you wonder why we hate the way you do anti consumer business.

    Yes. The judge said they won. Then they got a check for 500 million handed to them. Because no one would ever appeal a 500 million dollar verdict.

    It is a NA game run in NA so it makes sense the employees would do things on an NA time table.

    I see this come up in many others games too like lotro, swtor, EverQuest II and so on. It's just the way it is.

    the point is Eu server are 5 huers Behind again and again how about thy use some of that money to actually fix the freaking servers

    You do realize that nothing has been paid by anyone for anything at this point?

    Yes, they won the lawsuit.

    Yes, the company that lost is appealing the verdict. Until it is settled, no payments.

    The update is still downloading for me. I won't be playing any time soon. If you believe that ZOS picks on the EU players, well, there are other games out there. Say F and U back to them and quit the game. :shrug: No one is forcing you to stay with the game and take the "abuse".
