Pipe up folks, about these issues, if you're also experiencing similar! What I understand is, if there is just one or a small percentage of folks reporting a concern or technical issue, it would most likely not receive any attention because it is not affecting the masses. It doesn't matter what trouble ticket you send in. So, if you are also experiencing this lagging during combat, can't see what the heck weapon you have out and lagging/delayed movement issues, "please" pipe up so!

Was experiencing this last night while in Haderus, I only stayed on for half an hour and gave up. Its to laggy to enjoy.
I have been getting horrible lag in trials, dungeons, and vMA for the last several weeks. It has been awful. My character sometimes becomes non responsive, weapon swaps sometimes don't work, the game stutters badly, my character will sometimes take little stutter steps instead of walking properly, and more. It isn't just me either - the others in my group also experience this at the same time.
I had hoped the maintenances we have had lately were going to fix this, but they made no difference. I normally get SOME lag because I am in the US playing on the EU server (PC), but it usually isn't this bad. I hope they can identify what's going on and get this fixed.

The game will just freeze for a second or so then continue making it hard to fire abilities during combat.
This was on PS4 as I went back to console for a few days to catch up.
