Solar barrage and explosive charge

It's a shame that Solar Barrage is an alternative morph to Dark Flare, as they're both decent skills, but Dark Flare is just more useful. If Solar Barrage got the treatment that Elemental Ring got this coming patch, it might be more desirable as it would be nice to use that skill at range.
As for explosive charge, it just seems like a silly skill. The only time I thought it could be useful was with the Tormentor set, thinking it'd be the only AoE taunt in the game, but it doesn't work that way.0 -

✭✭✭I wish ZOS would make it a stamina morph, just because it seems more likely for a stamina build to be in the thick of enemies vs a magic build, granted Sweeps makes that argument somewhat moot for Templars but Stamplar needs more love.
As for explosive charge, they just need to really make the knockdown part guaranteed for both charges with explosive being an AoE and toppling being changed to grant a buff/debuff to the enemyArgonian forever1
