Does anyone know if the new base line ap gains from Cyrodill will be for each person present at the flip? Or will it be like it is currently and the 6k base keep flip be divided among those present?
Also, I was curious on what the actual cap is for the PvP servers before they go into queue. Im on Xbox one and we have no addons or numeral identification for population. Only the three bars.
