Belkath is not configured as a town region, it does a count down to log out whereas other towns log out instantly.

Also, there is a laborer that is transporting a box over and over, starting from near the wayshrine up to the market. His box is freakishly small and floats.

All boxes and barrels carried by NPCs are incredibly small and float around for a while now.

In stros m'kai the barrels float and the lid hovers 2 feet higher.
